Tim turns 18, again!

Yesterday was Tim's birthday. After Kayli got home from Kindergarten, he opened his presents from the kids and then we went to Fongs (our favorite Chinese Restaurant) for lunch. Then Tim spent the afternoon building his Slow Stick airplane that he got from me for his b-day. Then all his family and our friends the Deputy's came over for dinner and cake ice cream. We grilled hamburgers and hotdogs and I made Tim a "Hamburger" cake. I thought it turned out pretty cute, and tasted yummy too. It was a nice evening with family and friends. All the kids especially had a fun time playing together, as usual.

All caught up!

I am so excited to say I am officially caught up with my kids scrapbooks. I had to take a picture of the countertop in my scrapbook room to show there are no piles of pictures taking over. I made a goal to be all caught up by Zach's birthday in April, and I am even a little early. Wahoo!

Zach finally started crawling last night. Tim had him in the other room playing with him, and he just all of a sudden crawled to him. I was beginning to wonder if Zach would ever figure it out. Our little baby is growing way too fast.

Valentine Suckers

Kayli asked me a few days ago if we could make chocolate Valentine suckers. I thought that would be a lot of fun so I loaded up the kids yesterday and went to the store to buy the chocolates. We had to get blue for Tyler, cause pink and red are girl colors. They had a lot of fun making different designs, and mostly just eating the chocolate. Zach actually got a hold of one and I didn't realize because I was holding him. He sure seemed to like it. It's chocolate, who wouldn't.

Zach's 9 month pictures

Zach is 10 months today, I can't believe it. I am just now getting around to post his 9 month pictures. What a sweet boy he is. He is still happy as can be all the time. I love that. He still can't figure out how to crawl forward. He can go backwards, but can't seem to get the forward thing. It is nice to not have him crawling all over yet, but I am sure those days are coming to an end quickly.

Draper Utah Temple

We had the opportunity to take our kids to the Draper Temple Open House on Saturday. It is such a beautiful Temple and we are so lucky to have it so close to us. Kayli was very excited to be able to go inside the Temple. She just kept making comments on how pretty and beautiful it was. It was such a wonderful experience to be there as a family. On Friday, Tim and I get to serve at the Temple Open House as well as several members of our Ward and Stake. I think it will be a neat opportunity and I am really looking forward to that.
