Kayli's Sledding Party

 Kayli celebrated her 11th Birthday with her friends today. We went sledding and everyone had such a fun time, no one was ready to leave when it was time. The weather was perfect, no one got hurt, and there was just enough snow...we lucked out. I am hoping there will be snow for Tyler's birthday so we can do this again if he wants.

 

 I brought donuts and hot chocolate and we had a little picnic in the middle of the park.

 Our family stayed at the Hilton Double Tree with my sister Jenn and her kids for New Years Eve. We had so much fun!!! We played tag in the hotel which was a blast, went to the Grand America to see a giant gingerbread house, Temple Square to see the lights and then to City Creek to eat dinner. Then we went back to the hotel to swim and hang out in the rooms. We got Banbury Cross Donuts and milk for breakfast in the morning and headed back down to the pool.

 These cousins had so much fun swimming...and we enjoyed the hot tub! It was so nice!

Kayli's 11th Birthday!

 Happy 11th Birthday to our beautiful Kayli! Hard to believe she is growing up so fast. We just love this girl so much! She had a really fun Birthday! We spent a few days with my sister and her kids and that made her birthday even better. She loves to have cousins and friends around so it was just fabulous! We had stayed at the Hotel with our Jenn and her family and then we came home and dropped Kayli, Kit and Jo off at the mall for a few hours to shop, and then we picked them up and went to dinner at Olive Garden. Then we came home and celebrated the new year with Birthday cake and movies.

 Kayli got some great Birthday presents...fuzzy slippers, Koala hat, clothes, helmet, necklace, maxi skirt, money and lunch with Grandparents. She felt so loved by everyone, and loved the attention!

Christmas

 Santa made it! The kids slept til almost 7:00 and brought their stocking in to our room to see what they got.

 Santa brought Kayli and Tyler electric scooters and Zach got a Western Playmobil set!

 

 

 

 Kayli got a cell phone! She was so excited, and Tyler got an Android phone for game playing but no cell service. Both were super excited!

 

 Kayaks for the family so they can play with me when I go paddle boarding. We are so excited for some warm weather so we can hit the lake.

 

 

We had such a great Christmas Day! We enjoyed staying home and enjoying our new gifts and toys! We are very blessed to have had such a wonderful Christmas this year!

Christmas Eve 2013

This year we spent Christmas eve with just our little family. We had a great evening together. We always let the kids open one gift on Christmas Eve and it is always their Christmas Eve PJ's. Kayli requested footie pj's this year. Zach's are super hero's and Tyler loves Diary of a Wimpy kid so that's what his pj's are.

 

 For Christmas Eve dinner we went to The Cheesecake Factory. It was so delicious! We were so stuffed we had to take our cheesecake home to eat later.

 

 We went to Temple Square after dinner and walked around to see all the pretty lights. It was a bit chilly, but it was fun to spend some time there. Zach always loves to ride Trax, so that was a highlight for him.
