Adobe KidDay

Last week was Adobe Kid Day at Tim's work. They had face painting, balloon animals, air brush tattoo's, and lunch. They even had t-shirts and picture ID badges for all the kids. Our kids were so excited! I thought it was great that they would do this for all the employee's kids. Adobe is awesome!

24th of July Fun!

I took the kids up to Logan this week to see my family for a few days. We had a fun few days...When we got there I took the kids on the City Bus up to USU to see my sister at work. This is something I promised Tyler we would do next time we were up in Logan. The kids had a great time. We also went swimming one of the days at the Logan Aquatic Center with all the cousins.

 A lady on the bus asked me if these were all my kids, it was so funny to me that she would think that so I said yes. She wished me luck as she got off the bus.

 

While up there we went to the N. Logan 24th of July Parade with my sister and her kids and sister in law Sara, and her kids. The parade is always fun and they get sooo much candy.

 After the parade we took pizza's to Mack Park in Smithfield for a picnic and to play in the river. This is a favorite of all the cousins.

 24th of July with Tim's family. We had dinner, games, and fireworks.

 Firework car races...lots of cars this year. There is a lot of creativity.

Camping 2013

 We had another fun camping trip this year at Spruce's. We played in stream, hiked, chased squirrels, shot sling shots, sat around the fire, had  weanie and marshmallow roasts, and played games. It was a great weekend. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed being in the mountains together. It would have been fun to stay longer.

 This little stream goes right through our campsite. The kids have a great time playing in it with boats.

 Tyler bought a sling shot at Cub Camp so he was excited to use it. We learned he has a really good aim... May the poor little squirrel RIP.

 

 We went up to Silver Lake to walk around it, and on the way back to camp we saw this moose.

 

 One of the nights we had a down pour while making s'mores. So we had to take cover, but we still got wet!

Tim was videoing Kayli, Tyler and Asher on the tube. They were having a great time and then they hit a wave just right. Tyler and Asher were thrown off, and Kayli was launched! As you can hear in the video it really scared me. Luckily they were all OK, just scared them a bit. Shortly after they were even ready to ride again.

4th of July at Pineview

Our friends the Deputy's invited us up to their cabin at Pineview for the July 4th weekend, We had such a fun time, it was hard to leave and come home.

 On the night of the 4th we went out on a late night boat ride to watch the Huntsville Fireworks from the boat. That was really fun, something we had never done before. We think we should do this every year!

 We spent 2 days out on the lake and had such a fun time. The kids all had a blast on the tube, Kayli, Tyler and Asher amazed us, they are tough kids! The three hit a big wave and flew off, Kayli got some big air, it sure scared me, and I was glad they were all ok.

It was a great weekend, we all had a fun time, and enjoyed a few days away from our everyday craziness.
