Football begins!

Tyler is playing for Jordan as a PeeWee this year. He is excited for another season. He is playing as Center for his team and also plays defense, punt team, and kick off return, so he gets a lot of play time. This boy is tough, loves to tackle and works hard. It takes a lot of commitment and he sacrifices a lot of his "freetime" to play football. We're proud of this boy and absolutely love to watch him play. I am definitely this kids biggest fan!
Tyler played his first preseason game on Saturday, even though they lost, he played hard and still had fun!

Camping @ Spruce's...

This past weekend we went camping with Tim's sister's and their families up to our favorite spot at Spruce's. It was nice to be up in the mountains where it was cooler to enjoy our last camping trip of the summer. We had 11 cousins running around and they all had so much fun playing together. There is so many fun places around the campsite to play, climb, hike and search for hiding vampire sheep.) We had great company, great food and it was nice to sit around the camp fire playing games and talking. Really, the weekend just went by so quickly! August 28-30, 2015

Back to School 2015

Where did the summer go? It was a sad day for most at our house on the 1st day of school. Kayli (7th grade) was the only one excited to go back. She was excited to see all her friends and was also going to a brand new re-built school so that was exciting as well. She had a great first day! This was Tyler's 1st day of his last year of Elementary, he finally rules the school as a big 5th grader. He was not happy that summer was over, but once he got there he had a great day and loves his teacher and class. Zac (2nd grade) was excited until it was time to go into his class, and then he didn't want me to leave him there. He held on pretty tight and had some big tears. He did not want to stay; he ended up having a great day, he loves his teacher and has several friends in his class.
I was sad to see them all head back to school. I felt like we didn't even have a summer; just as they were going back to school, I was just finishing up my finals and starting my 2 week break.
This is Kayli's new middle school. It is so nice inside, we are excited for her that she gets to attend such a beautiful school.

Day at the Pool

This summer wasn't the most exciting summer our kids have had, it was hard to really go and do a lot with me being in school with such a tough semester. but we did make it to Riverton Pool a couple of times. Zac was finally able to go off the diving board and he loved it . I don't think that kid has any fear in him. They kids had so much fun swimming and jumping off the high dive.

Fun at Blackridge

Jen, Kit and Scout came and spent the day with us at Blackridge playing in the water. It was a perfect day! The cousins had such a blast playing on the kayaks and my paddle board. Kit and Kayli got a lot of attention from all the little girls on the beach in awe that there are mermaids on the beach and swimming around in the water. So cute! I love how much fun these kids have together! Aug. 1, 2015

24th of July Derby

We had our annual 24th of July firework car derby with Tim's family this year. After a stop at the DI and finding the fastest cars we could we put them to the test...Zac's went clear down the street but had to be stopped with a broom because it was heading for a parked car; I'm pretty sure it would have gone the furthest. Kayli's went a little ways and did pretty good, Tyler loaded his with some exploding fireworks, so he wasn't going for distance, he just wanted the biggest BOOM, and that's exactly what he got. It was pretty awesome and his car was pretty much destroyed!

Adobe Kid Day

Adobe has a "Kid Day" every summer. They have all sorts of fun and learning activities for the kids to participate in all morning. Really the best part is the free t-shirt and name badges haha. They have a cookout for lunch at the end. It's always fun and just another great perk that comes with Tim working there. We love ADOBE! It's such a great company, we are blessed Tim is able to work for them.

Kayli's off to her 1st YW camp

Kayli was finally able to go to girl's camp this year! She was so excited! They went to Flaming Gorge for 4 days, July 8-11. They went swimming at the KOA pool where the camped, they played nightgames did crafts and went rafting down the Green River. She loved every minute of it!

4th of July Weekend 2015

Tim took the boys to the Balloon Festival in Provo to see all the hot air balloons launch. The boys loved it!

We spent part of the weekend with my family up in Logan. My dad had a cook out, we played games, face painted, and then had out own fireworks show in the street. The next day we went and floated down a river on tubes with Jenn and her kids and played in the water for awhile and then went to my mom's pool and spent the afternoon swimming. Then we drove home to watch the Riverton fireworks. It was a fun filled weekend!
