Happy Halloween!!!

Great night for trick or treating...the weather was perfect! The kids got sooo much (too much) candy. They had a lot of fun.

After an hour of trick or treating with dad, Kayli went with her friend Megan for 2 more hours, Zach had enough so he stayed home, and I took Tyler around to the rest of the neighborhood. I must add I was in shorts and flip flops. How often does that happen?!? Happy Halloween!!!

School Halloween Parade

This morning was the school's annual Halloween Parade. It's always fun to go and see all the kids in their costumes. Their are some creative parents out there!
Kayli with her BFF Megan!

Hall Family Halloween Party

We got together for our Annual Hall Family Halloween Party Monday night. We went on a scavenger hunt and played games and ate yummy treats. Everyone had great costumes.

Kayli the cute, purple witch.
Tyler the cowboy.
 Zach, SPIDERMAN!

Tori, Alyssa, Kayli and Brook
 Our super hero's...Zach and Gavin!
  Everyone!
I must mention my favorite costume was Michelle's. She made a "fashionable" dress out of shiny silver duck tape with a hula hoop around the bottom of it. So creative she is.
It was very impressive, wish I had a better picture!

Adobe Halloween Hurrah!

We always look forward to going to Tim's work for their Halloween "Party." This year we took a hayride from the parking lot up to the buildings. Then we got to walk around and see what all the different teams had done. It was amazing as usual. I should have taken more pics. Tim's team did Omniture as a ghost town since it is no more and they are now Adobe. Everything was covered in spider webs and they had skeletons at desks with Omniture stuff everywhere. They had Hunger Games, Peter Pan, Hell-Olympics, Western Theme, Hobbits, Zombies, Disneyland, etc. Tim said they spent $11,000 just on candy!! While waiting in line they had acrobats, Utah Jazz dancers, food, drinks, "balloon artists" to entertain everyone. It is quite the party.
This is Captain Hook's ship a team built with a slide for the kids.

Hunger Games...shooting nerf arrows. The kids loved it.
Yes, that is real sod they brought in and covered the floor.
Tyler's alien balloon and Zach's sword
Kayli's broom the guy made for her. Love it!

Pumpkins

Tonight we helped our kids carve their pumpkins. I also had some cute pumpkin tatoos so we added those to a few of our extra pumpkins. They turned out great!
  Tyler's scary face pumpkin!
Zach wanted Spiderman, so he got a spider, which he thought was cool...way to go Tim!
Kayli's sweet pumpkin with a bow!

Happy Fall

We took the kids to see the witches at Gardner Village on Friday afternoon. It was a bit chilly, but fun to walk around the little shops and see all the pumpkins and cute and spooky witches all around. I took a few cute pictures of the kids.

UEA in Moab

My sister, Jenn and I took our kids to Moab for UEA weekend. She has a friend who let us stay at her Grandma's condo. All 8 of us piled into her Pilot and then piled our pillows, sleeping bags etc. around us. It was a cozy 4 hour ride but went by really fast. While in Moab Jenn and I went riding, we took the kids out to her old house and let the kids play on the rocks they LOVE to play on. We went to Arches and walked through the shops on Main St. The kids had a great time spending 4 days together, playing hard.
Cute kids enjoying Rootbeer Floats and Sponge Bob at "Grandma Great's"
"Port Royal" perfect place for a picnic. The next few pics are at Jenn's old house on the rocks her kids spent many hours playing on. My kids were so excited to go back and play on them again too.
 Crazy Zach
Jo's friend Tracy caught this Lizard. It was cool looking. Ty wanted to keep it of course.
Love this pic of Kayli on top of the rocks
Kit, Tyler, Kayli, Zach and Scout by their "Indian House"
Jenn's kids had names for all their favorite spots to play so she knew where to find them.
 Zach's "rocks for sale"
Zach and I...Zach didn't think I needed to hold on to him. Whatever!
 BFF's Kayli and Kit
 Delicate Arch at Arches!

 Kayli
The rest of the pics are at Sand Dune Arch...a favorite! It's the best giant sandbox ever! We were here for quite awhile letting the kids play in the sand, climb and jump off the rocks. Zach wasn't feeling well, but did perk up when he saw what a fun place this was. He wasn't going to miss out.

Zach spent all weekend trying to keep up with Scout.

Blurry but it's Scout, Jenn, Tyler, Kit and Kayli jumping off the rocks.
