Valentine's Day 2014

 The kid's were super excited for Valentine's Day. I made them pink waffles for breakfast and we gave them some chocolate, a movie ticket to go see the Lego Movie that night with a box of their favorite candy. Kayli and Tyler got to take their cute home made Valentine Box's to school for their class parties, and Zac's class made their own Kangaroo Valentine holder's in class.

 So that night we celebrated Valentine's Day as a family...we went to In N' Out for dinner and then to the Lego Movie. LOVE LOVE LOVED the movie!

 We made Valentine cookies and decorated them the night before. Zac thought it would be necessary to undress down to his under ware, he knew he would be a mess I guess.

Zac lost the h

So it was bothering "Zach" that his name if sounded out, says the "ch" sound, even after explaining that is can say the "k" sound, so at church one day I had the thought we would just drop the h when he or anyone writes his short name, Zach. So I told the kids and Tim my idea and Zac loved it, so did everyone else. So he is officially Zac now. He went to school the next day and was sure to let his teacher know that his name doesn't have an h anymore. He is so funny when someone accidentally adds the h, he is quick to fix it.

Hawaii Day at School

It was Hawaii Day at school and this is what Zac came up with, even the hair...LOVE IT!

Monster Truckin' It!

 We decided to go hang out with the white trash of West Valley City last weekend and go watch the Monster Truck Show. It was a lot of fun and the kids loved it! Glad we took our ear plugs, it got pretty loud. They had some Motor Cross bikes there to entertain us as well. That might be what we take our kids to next time. They were fun to watch as well. Then we stopped by Scheel's for some shopping and McDonalds for the kids to get dinner and then Tim and I went to Tai Siam for a mini date. It was a nice afternoon and evening.
