Eastern Caribbean Cruise 2016

April 2016
Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas
Eastern Caribbean (St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and Nassau, Bahamas)
The view from the balcony of our room
We could sit on our balcony and watch the shows going on below and out the back of the boat.
It really was an incredible view!
The view of the boardwalk from our room's balcony

The ship had a zipline...Tim Kayli and Tyler all did it.

We ate soo much food, and it was all so good!
  On our balcony...
We played mini golf

 Carousel on the Boardwalk
This ship was amazing! It was huge, and had plenty to see and do. We were constantly entertained and enjoyed every single minute of it, it was hard to leave. We'll be back for sure!

Nassau, Bahamas

We took a boat ride to Blue Lagoon, where we spent the day playing on the beach and in the ocean, and we had a BBQ lunch. It was so pretty!

My favorite part of Nassau is Atlantis Resort. This isn't the best pic, but it's all we have.

St. Thomas
On St. Thomas we did a Kayacking and Snorkeling excursion with just our little family and a guide. It was a lot of fun. The tour guide took us our on kayaks to an area where we jumped in and went snorkeling. This was the kids first time snorkeling and thought it was cool. Zac was a little scared, but did great.

St. Maarten (our favorite day)

We spent the day on a really nice ski boat. The guide took us to 4 or 5 really cool spots to snorkel and swim in the water and then stopped at a yummy Island restaurant on the beach for a BBQ lunch. We saw several big turtles and fish. It was so much fun riding on the ocean in this boat. There were a few times we really had to hold on. It was such a fun way to see the Island.

This was such a pretty spot to stop and swim. The water was sooo blue. We didn't stay long enough!
The guide let Zac drive the boat for awhile. He did a great job!
We went snorkeling out by that big rock
There were hundreds of these iguanas on one of the beaches we stopped at. It was the craziest thing. They were everywhere!
This is the boat we spent the day on.
Goodbye St. Maarten, we will see you again!

This was an amazing and fun vacation, one well deserved by all of us. Nursing School was rough on all of us and we all deserved this celebration vaca. The kids LOVED it and can't wait to go on another cruise. We had such a great time together and made a lot of memories.
